Have you installed graphics drivers? Typically that crash is because you haven't.

Alternatively, try the OpenGL release build by clicking on 'Options' -> 'Updates' in the launcher.

i did but still the same i changed the opengl file for once for java minecraft but failed.

What error are you getting with the OpenGL build then? Because the error you listed before will only occur with Direct3D9 build.

Try 'OpenGL' under 'Dev build' - it has a special mode added that supports pre OpenGL 1.2.
