It really depends on the brand of your router.
What I do to find the router’s admin panel is to open Command Prompt, type in ‘ipconfig’. A list will come up - look for Default Gateway, type in the IP address right next to it in a web browser. It’ll give you a login screen, but the username and password are usually admin/password, etc (again, the default login info vary by brand). From there you can portfoward.
