How do you forever change your skin here?

Click on your name in the top right corner:
Click on "Choose File":
Find the skin you want to upload and open it:
Now click the Save button:
After this, your skin has been changed.

It's worth noting that ClassiCube uses the same format for skins as Minecraft does, so any Minecraft skin you can find will work for uploading to ClassiCube.
