Are any of you able to make (more so, combine) textures?

I would like to combine this texture pack: https://files.catbox.moe/sncswm.zip (the first 65 blocks) with this texture pack: https://files.catbox.moe/2k6p4w.zip (the rest of the blocks/texture files) i dont know how, and on top of that, i cant to be honest. could one of you guys combine them for me? thank you!!!
