I can't see anybody's skins, even my own and bots skins. They all look like the default skin to me. I'm on web client, and it just out of the blue did this.

This should be fixed now, although for the moment, changing skin not immediately showing in-game is broken again at the moment.

the webclient is running a slightly older version (pre-fix) because I'm migrating (moving) the site to a new server and tweaking a ton of the infrastructure.

It doesn't, it was a side effect of the switchover.
It's working as it should now.
