I have two accounts on ClassiCube and, after checking my old account (MC one, it has it's counterpart in CC too, so thanks for skin implementation in that one), I found out that MC users can see MC skins, but not CC ones and CC users can't see MC skins. Is there a way to fix this?
P.S. Hope you understood at least something.

Depending on which server list you use that is where the client gets the skins, if you connect to a server on minecraft.net it will use minecraft.net to get the skins, if you use teh classicube.net list it usess classicube to get the skins. Servers that are on both will only show skins based on which server list you use. That is one problem with dual heartbeat servers.
