Everytime I try to play it gives me a 2 second not respond thing and shuts off! Anyone know whats wrong? didn't use to happen with the older launcher.

Is it the client or the launcher that is freezing?
Is there either "client.log" or "launcher.log" in the directory? These files log all errors that occur.
