If i use 25565. 'Server not reachable, port 25565 may not be open.' always shows up. I'm using MCGalaxy 1.8.8.9. Help?

You don't need to use a particular port, but you do need to forward the port in your router.
See https://portforward.com/router.htm for guides on how to do so (make sure to only read the page for your router and not download anything).
