IP Traced? Help

Ok, so i was on some CTF server and i got banned, for one second i guess. But it said this: You'r IP is traced and we have contacted FBI Cyber Police Is This True?

It is fake. That command is funny. But servers can see your ip anyways if they are a certain Rank of staff and the console.
