To start, I don't know what this problem is called, but I have had to deal with it before.

It's where any large empty space below world's water level has all sorts of "lines" of some kind of bedrock texture that makes it difficult to see pixel art or read signs that are located below the level, whether they're on the wall or on the floor. It's also not limited to one server. I lowered the water level to zero and it got rid of the texture[?] that was on the wall, but it was still a problem on the floor and the sky.

I doubt that it's classicube since I've experienced this problem on regular Classic and on a different computer. This is the first time I've experienced this problem on my laptop. I'm running Windows 10 (previously 8.1), it wasn't a problem on 8/8.1, and wasn't a problem on 10 when I was on it a few weeks ago.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem, I'd appreciate it, thank you.

Are you using an AMD card? If so, I ran into the same issue and could not find any fixes.

Since we'll be transitioning to ClassicalSharp soonish (by January, I'm hoping), I'd suggest you give that a go.

I have the same problem on my pc, but I just ignore it. Btw, pic #2 is a nice server lol.

Yes, my graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics. I've always had that card with this computer but this problem has never occurred until recently.

(edit 1:48 am cst) I reverted back to Windows 8.1 and the problem no longer occurs, so it may have either been Windows 10 itself from the start or one of the updates that it forced upon the system later on.

ClassicalSharp..... will that be compatible with Windows 8/8.1, cause I don't feel like going back to the hell of automatic updates.

Do the problems disappear when you move close to the map borders?

In that case it may be because the depth buffer is only using 16 bit precision.

Yea, if you're close to a wall that's on the very edge of the map, you can see what it reads and any pixel art that's on it just fine. However, if you're trying to view the same wall when you're half-way or at the other end of the map, you can barely read it or see what's on it because of the issue.

ClassicalSharp currently works under Windows XP forward (maybe even as far back as Windows 98) and Linux.

I ran into this issue under Windows 7, so I think it's a specific driver issue. Unfortunately, I switched to nvidia, so I no longer can figure out what the issue is, exactly.

That's alright, I managed to get rid of it so it's not my problem anymore.

I think one of the updates for Windows 10 had an update for the drivers, so that may have screwed it up.

I've had this problem before, It's the problem with your driver I think.

That's what we've concluded to.

This was taken half an hour ago today. Same computer, same graphics card, but Windows 8.1 instead of 10. You can barely see it but it wall does go below the water level.
