They released this a bit less than a week ago. It's a bit modified (as the original online servers for these versions obviously went down a long long time ago), but it does appear to be original, or at least a faithful recreation of the source version.
Idk what it runs in. You can invite up to 9 friends. The post also says "come back on May 17th", so I don't know what they're going to do then..
EDIT: Looking at it, it appears they recreated v0.0.23a_01 in WebGL. It's extremely accurate, whoever wrote it definitely had the original version for a source otherwise it wouldn't be so accurate
