How do make server without portforward

I want server not to have people play there but for film please help I want to start server just to be on it like local and private how do I do this or is it not possible

If you're connecting to a server on the same computer or LAN you don't need to port forward, you can just use direct connect. (For same computer IP is 127.0.0.1) (MCGalaxy's github page is a much better guide on this though)
