Texture Pack Template?

Hey, I've been implementing the EnvMapAppearance extension to my server, and I was wondering about whether I can grab hold of a standard texture pack for minecraft classic, but with the cpe blocks too? Because there doesn't seem to be a link on the texture pack guidelines topic, so I thought I'd make one to ask about it, cheers.
