I remember there being a way to make custom blocks be randomly off centered, like the tallgrass and flowers in regular minecraft, not that I ever made blocks like that, but because I saw those blocks be implemented in every server ever besides mine and I feel left out. PLease guide me

Also, draw 7 for random offset downward (for varying height) as well as random offset horizontally
