i am building a mansion and i want to put in lights but i cant because there are no lights in my inventory so i wanted to know how to do it

You can only add custom blocks if you're playing multiplayer.
It depends on what permission you have and what you want to do.
If you are staff or owner on the server:
• You can create global blocks that appear in every map with "/gb create"
• You can create local blocks that only appear in one map with "/lb create"
If you do not own the server but have a map you've created with /os:
• You can use "/os lb create" to make blocks.
If you try these commands but they don't exist, you're not playing on a server that supports custom blocks.
