Make a default %r colour code by doing /ccols add r Rainbow #000000 0

Download https://github.com/UnknownShadow200/MCGalaxy-Plugins/blob/master/Rainbow.cs and put into 'plugins' directory' in your server folder.

Do /pcompile Rainbow then /pload Rainbow
Now typing %r should show a rainbow colour code.
